Thursday ~ Dear Judy and friends;
Spring!! Busting out all over!! Hey, you've never done that to a fractal before. Squashed it but not to pieces.
Yeah I had to try something different. *GRIN*
Did you work the three-needle bind-off? I like to do that with a crochet hook. The kitchener stitch does look as if it was knitted together but will stretch where the binding offs usually don't.
No I worked each side as if I was going to bind off but saved all the stiches on the needle, then when I was done with both, I would put the two together front to front, and knit them off.
Shot OK. Trip to hospital OK. Didn't have to wait long at anytime. Was alone on the way home too. My private chauffeurs. Bought two boxes at the Post Office, a small one for Carmen's CD and Christmas cactus cuttings and a larger one for your Christmas package. They didn't have one easy to carry in the size I want for baby things. I am going to have to make something to carry boxes and stuff too big for bags. I'm thinking straps around both ways and velcro, with a handle.
If you can find a good way to do it you may beable to sell the idea, I use a bungy cord to keep my grocery bag on my scooter so the handles don't tip over and I loose things out of the bag.
Came home and mixed up a bread mix. This time I used two small loaf pans, it's cooling so results tomorrow. Don't know what to fix for dinner. I'm back down to 120.2#. Darn, I know I have to eat and I do. Pie, cookies, nuts, potatoes with sour cream, everything I like. Mixed peanut butter with raspberry jam and had that on crackers for lunch yesterday. Out of muffins, so that's on the agenda.
A friend of mine brought me a forth of a minc pie today. Yumm!!!!
Camellias, crocus, everything blooming. Nice and sunny after the frost this morning. Love, Peggy
Lovely sunny day, I had my jacket on when I checked out with my favoret checker, she looked at me, touched my hands and as she did, she asked me if I was cold, didn't have to answer her as my hands were cold.
